The Harmonix Choir Retreat is only a few days away!
A big THANK YOU to those who have signed up to bring a food item for this retreat! If you have not done so because it slipped your mind, that is OK! Go ahead and sign up to provide an item that is not yet claimed using the links below.
If you signed up to bring an item for the retreat, you or your HHS student may bring it into the Fine Arts building upon your arrival on Friday. I will be at the east gate letting students in starting at 3:30pm. At that time, food and other items may be brought into the building.
If you have any questions pertaining to the retreat, please see the email sent on August 3, 2026. If your question is not answered, feel free to send me an email. Thanks so much!

CALLING ALL PERFORMING ARTS STUDENTS!
Make plans to meet in the auditorium on Tuesday, September 8th from 4:30-5:30pm for FAN PLEDGE.
Fan Pledge is a one-hour fundraising blitz that will allow your Boosters to continue saying YES for another year. We will walk you though the process step-by-step. All you have to do is show up, make phone calls (yes, there’s a script), and send texts and emails.
One hour of work for a year’s worth of funding!

Our membership campaign is still going strong. Thank you to the 55 families who have already joined! Your HHS PAB stickers will be available in the Fine Arts office when school starts.
We are looking for volunteer photographers to help capture memories throughout the year. If you have a decent camera and enjoy photography, please consider signing up for an event or two.
HHS PAB will be part of Central MO Gives 2026 (formerly CoMoGives)! We hope this additional fundraiser will allow us to say YES to even more requests from our incredible directors.
Hickman Harmonix, our award winning show choir, is planning a mini retreat before school starts. More details to come, and opportunities to help can be found at hhsperformingartsboosters.org.
